LG Optimus L3 E400 merupakan produk android low-end dan di lepas ke pasaran per bulan Juni 2012 dengan harga R 1,4 juta.
Ponsel ini di bekali prosessor ARM v7 Processor rev 1 800Mhz,menggunakan RAM 384 MB.Untuk memory sendiri 1 GB internal memory dan slot memory menggunakan jenis microSD sampai 3 GB.

LG Optimus L3 E400 berdesain candy bar dengan layar full touchscreen 3.2 inchi.System operasi yang di gunakan ponsel ini adalah Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread.

Abadikan moment indahmu dengan dukungan kamera 3.2 MP dan Video ukuran VGA dengan fitur ISO, white balance, timer, picture size, dan scene mode.Sayangnya tidak didukung flash dan auto focus.
